Acclimatisation testing puts a product through a variety of scenarios, from hot to cold, humidity to pressure, to determine how well it can withstand different environments. The test procedure is useful for exposing technical products and devices to real-world stresses and strains that a device would experience in the marketplace. Temperature, humidity and other climatic influences can affect the performance of electronic products, parts and components and even cause their failure. Acclimatisation testing simulates the life cycle environments a product encounters and ensures that the product performs satisfactorily in the intended environments. Our facilities allow us to meet the requirements of international standards such as MIL STD 810, EN 50155, RTCA DO160, EN 60068 and many more

The specimen to be tested is exposed to rain under normal conditions. During or at the end of the test, the performance of the sample is observed and the errors, if any, are recorded. Tests can be carried out in accordance with all kinds of military and civil standards where the technical specifications of the test cabinets are appropriate. In particular, it is possible to perform tests in accordance with MIL-STD-810 Method 506.5 and EN 50155 within our field of work.

Functional Testing is the type of test that verifies whether each function of the application we test works in accordance with the given requirements. Functional testing is the testing of the smallest parts of both hardware and software such as function, class, interface. The purpose of this test is that even the smallest part works as expected. Functional testing is performed by our developers during the development period. Unit tests can be performed manually or automatically. Since the errors found by performing functional tests are discovered in the early stages of the project, it allows the error to be corrected more easily and to save costs.

The final performance tests of the products we produce in our facility are simulated with various power supplies and various test loads in our company before the product reaches the end user. With our test units, static converters, auxiliary circuit feeding units, battery chargers, HVAC systems and AC/DC motor speed units that we produce for railway vehicles are tested.
control devices tests are carried out.
