Uic Voltage Energy Supply Unit

This test unit provides the supply source required for the testing of units such as static converters, auxiliary circuit supply units, battery chargers, HVAC systems used in railway vehicles (such as long line trains, suburban, metro or tramway) during the production phase. By adjusting these voltages to the maximum minimum values specified in the UIC standard, power up to one hundred kW is provided and these voltages are obtained.

Output voltages (all voltages defined in UIC 550 (except fn:22 Hz).
The output ripple factor is maximum 2.2%.
The device has a voltage THD of less than 10% at rated AC outputs (1kV-1.5kV 50Hz, 1kV 16.67 Hz, including the lower and upper limits (700V-1250V, 900-2050V) (load resistive and greater than 8 kVA). Voltage THD is less than 4% at nominal AC outputs (load resistive and greater than 8 kVA).
The device is automatically controlled via the operator panel.

Values such as current, voltage and frequency values of the output are also displayed via a PC software.
